For most of the year it stays a liquid when stored in my pantry in sunny Brisbane...
Ooooh, an aussie lchf blog!! Now I'm not alone in this low fat counting calorie country! Coconut oil, where to buy? When I google I always get listings for tanning oil and massage oil hahaha!
ReplyDeleteNo you're not alone :-D I buy coconut oil in my local health food store. The two jars in the photo both have the characteristic coconut taste, but these days I use a brand called "A sip of paradise certified organic tasteless coconut cooking oil" for frying things. Even better, as I'm not a great fan of coconut on my scrambled eggs :-D Found that one in a health food store as well in the Brisbane area
